Goods in Transit covers the financial loss to goods while they are being transported. This cover includes losses as a result of Accidental Damages, Looting, Theft, Highjack, Fire and Natural Disasters.

Some additional cover that can be added to this cover are Deterioration of Stock which may be useful to perishable goods.

The cover only starts and ends during transit; however, it can include losses that occurred during on-and-off loading.
